  • I'm worried that my mattress might have bedbugs in it, since I've seen black dust around it. How many treatments would it need to get rid of the suckers, and how much would it cost? I'm on a very srict budget, so this matters to me.

  • Personally, I have to call BS on this one. From what I've read from reputable sources on the 'net, it takes several months for a tapeworm to get that size. They're usually asymptomatic, too.

  • Well, I'm not too worried. The increase in risk is too small to really worry about, and is probably more than taken care of by increasing the fiber and low-fat dairy content. Still, as with all things, moderation is in order, which is what the zealots from the PCRM forgot a long time ago.

  • So, how do you tell if an illness is not bacterial but viral, and, more importantly, how do you tell if a bacterial infection is serious enough to warrant antibiotics? The article was rather vague about that.
